“Follow your interests.” (Anything else? Want to elaborate? "That's it.")

Document more.

Don’t be so serious (“I’d give that advice to my past and present self”).

“Learn the difference between agnostic, episcopalian, pescatarian.”

“Probably think before you speak.”

“Be more hateful.”

Do more stuff you care about (during quarantine) – “I wasted so much time…I was so stupid.”

“Wear a helmet.”

“Go to church, God is real.”

“I should have followed the rules less.” – Kids get away with more stuff

“Read more nonfiction books, books about engineering, books about math, books about science - stop waiting.”

“Don't bother arguing or debating with anyone, they're not trying to learn, they're trying to be the smartest in the room. Stop trying to be the smartest in the room and get to work, start being the smartest in the room…”

“Have a better brain.” / Have a higher IQ?  – “When I saw kids who were smarter than me, I would give up.”

Go study math and go into finance (from a doctor).

Study hard and get a professional job (from a stay-at-home mom).

“Set unrealistic goals and you will realize that they are possible if you put in the effort. If you work hard now everything will fall into place.”

Treat your parents better.
